Synergy has 16 locations in the New York Metro area, New Jersey and our 1st Location coming to Staten Island NY on Forest Avenue. More Synergy locations are coming online this spring. We are upgrading our website each and every day and will be introducing a comprehensive Membership Section.

Group exercise classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Cycling classes are 45 minutes. Small Group Training classes are 60 minutes. Registration is required.
